This role focuses on building customer relationships by creating memorable framing solutions for their art. The Picture Framer will assist customers in shopping the store, ensuring they can find what they need, and maintaining a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. The position involves adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, embracing personal design through Elevated ABC Deliver to build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions, and achieving sales and production goals. The Picture Framer may act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Framing Manager and will assist in training other team members. They will complete framing orders with high quality and on time, maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, and provide friendly customer service. This includes assisting customers, ensuring the store is well-merchandised and stocked, and providing a fast and friendly checkout experience while adhering to cash handling standards. The role also involves supporting shrink and safety programs, interacting positively with others, and participating in truck un-loading and stocking processes.
