This role focuses on building customer relationships and creating memorable framing solutions for their art. The Picture Framer will also assist customers in shopping the store and maintaining a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. Key activities include adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, embracing personal designer by using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships and deliver sales and production results, completing framing orders with high quality and on time, and maintaining the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas. The position also involves delivering friendly customer service, supporting shrink and safety programs, interacting positively with others, participating in truck un-loads and stocking, operating the cash register, acknowledging customers, assisting with Omni channel processes, and performing other assigned duties.
