Requirements

• Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cameras, iPad, point-of-sale systems, and basic PC knowledge.
• Professional customer satisfaction-oriented while maintaining an energetic and positive attitude.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication with strong math and time management skills.
• Open to being cross-trained, either as a Cashier or Photographer.
• Flexible schedule/open availability especially over the weekends.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience while capturing their special moments.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, while working in a team to create a seamless experience for our guests.
• Enhance our guest visit / events with a passion for photography and a keen eye for detail.
• Greet all guests with a smile.
• Operate a camera and take photos of guests at the entertainment venue, ensuring good lighting and angles/positions to encourage guests to purchase photos.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and report any issues with equipment in a timely manner.
• Operate a point of sale while maintaining adequate change denominations, reconcile cash drawers, sales receipts, and returns.
• Cross-sell and upsell products with the ability to remain team-oriented and meet sales goals.
• Stay up to date on promotions and product information.
