Retail Pharmacy Technician | Part-time (24 hours per week)
About The Position
Logan Health is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician to join our Kalispell Retail Pharmacy team in the beautiful Flathead Valley. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacy technician looking for a collaborative, patient-focused environment without the burnout often associated with larger retail pharmacy settings. Our location is not your average retail pharmacy. It's an Outpatient Clinical pharmacy where you can grow your skills and gain valuable experience. Now offering competitive higher pay! Pharmacy Technician pay starting at $22.25/hour minimum. Starting pay goes up if you have prior experience! This role offers no Sunday shifts, is closed most holidays, and has a day shift schedule. There is additional Saturday shift differential pay of $2.25 per hour. You will find a supportive pharmacy leadership and team-oriented culture, with the opportunity to grow pharmacy skills in a community-focused setting. Our pharmacy is located on the campus of Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, MT. You’ll be close to on-site amenities like the coffee shop and cafeteria, and surrounded by mountain views, hiking trails, biking paths, and ski resorts. This position may also provide occasional coverage support for our Columbia Falls Retail Pharmacy location. Requirements
- Montana Pharmacy Technician license, or obtained by hired date
- Retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Assisting with prescription preparation and processing
- Supporting medication inventory and workflow
- Providing customer and patient support
- Working closely with pharmacists and pharmacy team members
- Maintaining accurate pharmacy documentation and records
