Without the support of a hands-on Pharmacy Tech, it would be hard for the Pharmacist to get the job done. This team player keeps meds stocked, verifies and delivers orders, handles computer entry work and much more. If you love keeping busy, this is the job for you. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year Pharmacy
- Pharmacy Tech, State Cert (PHT) - State Licensing Board
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Certification - Pharmacy Technician Certification Board
- Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT) - National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
- Pharmacy Intern Permit (PHINTERN) - State Licensing Board
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of medications bound for offsite locations.
- Assist in the ordering and maintenance of an economic and adequate inventory to service the needs of the client and the requirements of their patients.
- Participate in cycle counting process and the resolution of any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation and performing of required physical inventories.
- Assist in the maintenance of all medication storage areas.
- Assist in the receiving and placement of incoming stock to medication storage areas.
- Replenish dispensing areas with medication stock and supplies.
- Replenish automation equipment with medication stock and supplies.
