The Pharmacy Support Clerk is responsible for performing clerical functions to support retail pharmacy business operations, assisting healthcare providers and patients by greeting them, answering questions, and referring inquiries to the pharmacist.
Requirements
- 1+ years' customer service experience
Nice To Haves
- High school degree or equivalent, preferred
- Previous experience with sales, register, and healthcare, preferred
- May require vendor credentialing
Responsibilities
- Helps health care providers and patients by greeting them in person and by phone
- Answers questions and handles requests according to policy
- Refers inquiries to the pharmacist
