About The Position

This part-time role is perfect for individuals who are disciplined, accurate, consistent, and enjoy working on their feet. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience in Pharmacy, Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is desired.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
  • Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
  • Strong focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act.

Nice To Haves

  • No inventory experience? No problem. If you can bring the discipline, we will train the rest.
  • Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, medical office, and/or medical sales environment.
  • Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.
  • Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements, and confidentiality requirements.
  • No degree needed.
  • Have no experience or returning to the workforce.
  • Have military experience.

Responsibilities

  • Count and record inventory with precision, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
  • Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
  • Meet daily performance goals.

  • Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked.
  • Communicate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation.
  • Work one-on-one with Pharmacy professionals at the event.
  • Complete pharmacy training modules in the Learning Center, as required.
  • Create partnerships and instill trust and confidence in one's abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise.
  • Take initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist with events in healthcare and retail settings, as needed.
