Turing is seeking a licensed pharmacist with strong experience in pharmacy operations, medication management, and patient counseling, particularly in community or retail pharmacy environments. The pharmacist will work on projects that fine-tune and evaluate large language models using pharmaceutical and retail operations expertise. No prior AI experience is required. Projects explore how AI can support prescription accuracy, medication safety, inventory management, and patient communication in pharmacy workflows. The work involves designing and solving pharmacy and retail healthcare scenarios, writing structured explanations, evaluating AI responses, and collaborating with researchers to refine AI understanding of pharmacy and patient-care workflows. The engagement is a contractor or freelancer assignment, potentially full-time, with projects lasting approximately one month and possible extension. Work is fully remote. Compensation varies by project. Turing does not seek confidential or proprietary information, trade secrets, internal company or university data, specific client or case details, or information that would violate confidentiality obligations.
