About The Position
Ensures appropriate, safe, effective & efficient use of medications through the application of pharmaceutical principles in order to provide optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a college of Pharmacy
- Current licensure (or licensure eligibility) by the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy
- Permanent AL State Board of Pharmacy license will be required within 2 months of placement into position
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of applicable pharmacy operations and procedures
- Working knowledge of practice in specialty care areas
- Parenteral license/eligibility
- Preceptorship
- Consulting licensure
