Selected candidates will complete a 4-8 week on-boarding and education program, including rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, to become a Retail Personal Banker II. A certification at the program's conclusion will assess the skills needed for success in the Retail Personal Banker job family. This is a sales-focused role primarily responsible for sales development and relationship building through the promotion of deposits, loans, fee-based services, and customer retention. The role involves selling a full range of banking products and services to meet customer needs, providing specialized care, and utilizing a consultative sales and service process with staff interaction for referrals. Responsibilities include managing risk by exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, following policies, and ensuring actions drive a positive customer experience. This involves identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks within the Bank's risk appetite.
