Selected candidates will complete a 4-8 week on-boarding and education program, including rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, to become a Retail Personal Banker II. A certification at the program's conclusion will assess skills for success in the Retail Personal Banker job family. This sales-focused role emphasizes sales development and relationship building by promoting deposits, loans, fee-based services, and customer retention. The role involves selling a full range of banking products and services to meet customer needs, providing specialized care, and utilizing a consultative sales and service process with staff interaction for referrals. Accountability for risk management includes openly exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, and adhering to policies and procedures. The position requires acting ethically and ensuring actions drive a positive customer experience, while managing, monitoring, and reporting risks within the Bank's appetite.
