Selected candidates will complete a 4-8 week on-boarding and education program, including rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, to become a Retail Personal Banker II. A certification at the program's conclusion will assess skills for success in the Retail Personal Banker job family. This sales-focused role emphasizes sales development and relationship building by promoting deposits, loans, fee-based services, and customer retention. The position involves selling a full range of banking products and services to meet customer needs, providing specialized care, and utilizing a consultative sales and service process with staff referrals. Responsibilities include managing risk by exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, following policies, and ensuring actions drive a positive customer experience. This involves identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks within the Bank's risk appetite.
