In this customer-focused role, you'll be the connection between our customers and the parts they need—serving retail walk-ins, wholesale accounts, and our own service technicians. You'll look up and source parts, provide accurate quotes, manage inventory, and keep our service drive moving. Whether you've worked in a dealership parts department, an auto parts store, retail sales, warehouse or inventory management, or another hands-on customer service environment, we provide the training and support to help you build a successful career.

Requirements

Previous automotive parts experience is preferred
Candidates with experience in auto parts retail, dealership service, warehouse or inventory work, retail sales, or customer service are encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment—phones, counter, and technicians at the same time
Solid math skills for pricing, discounts, and invoicing
Basic computer skills; dealership DMS or parts catalog experience is a plus
Attention to detail and strong organizational habits
Ability to lift and move parts as needed
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers at the parts counter and over the phone
Look up parts using electronic catalogs and dealership systems to ensure accurate fitment
Provide timely, accurate quotes and pricing to customers
Review repair orders and estimates for completeness and accuracy
Support service technicians by pulling and staging parts to keep repairs on schedule
Source hard-to-find parts through dealer networks and outside vendors
Process orders, returns, warranty parts, and core charges
Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory; maintain accurate bin locations
Assist with cycle counts, inventory control, and obsolescence management
Notify customers promptly when special-order parts arrive
Identify opportunities to recommend related parts, accessories, and add-ons
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department
Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and sales teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
