As the Retail Partner Growth - Senior Manager, you will support the development of strategic plans for key 3rd Party Marketplace partners, and other Retail Channel Partnerships that chart new ways to grow the business, and manage the P&L in partnership with your peers on the team. This role requires that you are able to effectively influence others while you establish and nurture partnerships with cross-functional teams (i.e. marketing, analytics, legal, procurement, merchandising, and digital product management) across the broader CVS Health organization. This role also requires great intellectual curiosity to delve into the business results, and understand what trends are emerging in the market, on a category, brand, and SKU level such that we are continuously optimizing the customer experience on marketplace platforms.
