About The Position

The LEGO Brand Retail Team is looking for a Part Time Supervisor. This role requires leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail store environment. Key responsibilities include employee training, cash handling, inventory/sales auditing, operating point of sale automated systems, and merchandise maintenance/visual merchandising. The position is based at Jersey Gardens, Elizabeth NJ.

Requirements

  • Leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail store environment
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours
  • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
  • Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Involves lifting at least 30 lbs
