About The Position

CHAGEE is a global modern teahouse with over 7,500 locations worldwide, committed to bringing people together through tea. We are expanding our presence in the US market and are looking for an Operator Partner to lead a cluster of locations within an assigned region. This role is responsible for elevating the guest experience, optimizing store performance, and developing future leaders. Operators work on the business by driving strategy, ensuring operational consistency, and serving as the engine behind store performance, culture, and growth.

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in multi-unit management or high-volume store leadership
Proven ability to manage P&L ownership and business strategy across multiple locations
Strong coaching mindset with demonstrated experience developing leaders and building teams
Excellent communication, influence, and organizational skills across diverse stakeholders
Comfort leading through change with resilience, optimism, and accountability
Ability and willingness to travel regularly between store locations
Passion for premium tea, hospitality, and building something new from the ground up

Responsibilities

Lead the Business & Guest Experience: Act as a cultural ambassador, foster authentic guest experiences, drive local community engagement, and ensure consistent service quality and brand execution.
Optimize Multi-Unit Operations: Own P&L performance, forecasting, and multi-unit KPIs. Analyze performance trends and translate insights into action plans. Ensure audit readiness, safety compliance, and high standards of store maintenance. Partner with corporate teams to implement brand-wide initiatives and lead store improvements.
Develop & Empower Leaders: Hire, onboard, and develop Store Managers. Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and career development planning. Mentor high-potential leaders. Address performance issues and ensure training standards are upheld.
