About The Position

The Warehouse at C.C. Creations is seeking a dynamic Retail Operations Director to lead its extensive college retail operations. This role is crucial for managing the daily flow of thousands of products within the world's largest collegiate merchandise store. The Director will oversee receiving, inventory, stocking, merchandise flow, facilities, and operational execution, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. This leadership position directly impacts customer experience, event success, and the company's growth, making it a key role in a premier collegiate retail environment.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in retail operations, warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or facilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience improving operational processes.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Flexibility to work Texas A&M game day weekends and major retail events.
• Experience with retail point of sale and inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail operations across a 28,750+ square-foot retail facility.
• Build, coach, and inspire high-performing operational teams.
• Create efficient systems to improve speed, accuracy, and productivity.
• Oversee inventory management, receiving, stocking, and merchandise movement.
• Develop operational KPIs and utilize data for continuous improvement.
• Partner with merchandising, buyers, production, and store leadership.
• Manage operational budgets, supplies, and facility maintenance.
• Lead logistics for major events like Texas A&M football weekends and special projects.
• Proactively identify and solve operational problems.
