Overseeing merchandising, inventory, pricing, customer service, and daily operations.
Responsible for performance, compliance, and team development.
Managing associates by building the operational knowledge and leadership capabilities required to manage teams, drive performance, and support mission-focused retail operations.
Providing hands-on exposure across key business functions, including store and services operations, financial analysis, human resources management, and interpersonal leadership skills.
