About The Position

The Retail Coordinator supports the day-to-day management and execution of Retail Operations projects related to strategic growth. This role partners with field, Category Management, Planning, and cross-functional teams to create retail growth through effective project management and operation support. The position is responsible for leading, coordinating, and supporting projects and initiatives within the retail operations.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Effective time management and ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated with the ability to build strong partnerships
  • 2+ years of retail experience

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day Retail Operations team needs including mailbox management, club outreach & communication, data gathering & documentation.
  • Develop strong relationships as key point of contact with business partners.
  • Lead meetings or present with key internal and external business partners.
  • Determine key actions to be taken; provide follow through and direction to complete tasks in a timely fashion.
  • Support and execute tasks related to new business initiatives.
  • Create process flow documentation on work activities & project execution.
  • Visit clubs as needed for follow-up or special projects.
  • Manage internal and external communication related to Retail projects/initiatives.
  • Actively manage Retail Mailbox, fielding field questions and inquiries promptly and with informative responses.
  • Follow up with individual clubs non-compliant with corporate directives (e.g. product MOS's, inventory count submissions, etc.).
  • Responsible for owning and managing various projects within retail. This includes material development, presentations and communication. Set project deadlines, milestones and budgets. Provide and act as a key point of contact and decision maker.
  • Manage and update product information & promotions on MyStore website.
  • Procure and is the point of contact for Retail food permits, company-wide.
  • Coordinate special events and functions as needed.
