About The Position

Canada Goose is seeking a part-time Retail Operations Associate for their location at Crystals Las Vegas. This role is crucial in supporting store operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the brand's high standards. The associate will contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication and collaboration, participate in store meetings and training, and ensure adherence to operating procedures to minimize shrink. Key responsibilities include managing Point of Sale (POS) transactions, maintaining inventory accuracy, processing shipments, supporting store maintenance, and upholding Visual Merchandise directives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer focused environment
• Proven record of maintaining successful store operations
• Previous experience working with affluent and luxury brands in high traffic locations
• Strong organization skills and a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environment
• Good understanding of inventory management and point of sale systems
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically, Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and support the store’s overall target
• Build a positive store environment through effective communication, collaboration and partnership with the management team
• Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions
• Follow store operating procedures to minimize store shrink
• Handle all Point of sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards
• Ensure overall accuracy in inventory and proper organization and accessibility of Canada Goose’s products
• Process inbound and outbound shipment, replenishment, damages, return to vendor, etc.
• Support in the overall upkeep of physical store maintenance and standards
• Maintain Visual Merchandise directives
