About The Position
CentraCare is seeking a Retail Nutritional Services Associate to join its Nutrition department. This role is responsible for ensuring that each customer receives friendly and timely service, which includes greeting customers, processing orders through the register, and collaborating with coworkers to provide an outstanding dining experience. The position is likened to a Barista role due to its customer interaction. The associate will serve patients, families, visitors, and healthcare team members, adhering to Family Centered Care principles. This active and engaging role involves daily interaction with a variety of people and is ideal for individuals passionate about nutrition.
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Mathematical skills
- Working knowledge of cash register
Nice To Haves
- Barista experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of institutional food service experience
- Customer Service/retail/waitressing/catering experience
Responsibilities
- Ensure each customer is served in a friendly and timely manner

Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $16.85 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $13.99 - $20.99 per hour
