About The Position

Join 2020 Mobile Corp, a Boost Mobile Platinum Retailer! We are looking for outgoing, motivated Retail Mobile Sales Associates to join our team. No wireless experience is needed as we provide training from day one. As a Mobile Sales Associate, you will be the face of 2020 Mobile Corp, helping customers find the right plans, phones, and accessories. We believe in a positive attitude, teamwork, and making the workday enjoyable for both employees and customers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience
• Basic experience using computers and mobile phones
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in wireless or retail sales
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred in some locations

Responsibilities

• Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach
• Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that make sense
• Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones
• Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions (and upsell when it fits!)
• Answer store phone calls and customer questions
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Participate in local marketing and special events
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business
• Use sales systems and follow company policies
• Collaborate with teammates and managers
• Jump in on additional tasks or projects as needed
