About The Position
Fay Myers is a powersports dealership built by riders, for riders. We sell and service motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and more, and our parts and accessories department is a big part of what keeps our customers riding. We're looking for a creative, organized merchandiser who can make our showroom floor as exciting as the machines on it.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or parts department experience (powersports, automotive, or outdoor retail a big plus)
- A good eye for layout, color, and product presentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using a dealer management system (Lightspeed experience preferred) and basic computer tools
- Knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or riding gear is a strong advantage, and a passion for powersports is even better
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain product displays for apparel, helmets, riding gear, parts, and accessories
- Plan and execute seasonal resets, new product launches, and OEM and aftermarket promotions
- Follow and adapt planograms and brand merchandising guidelines from manufacturers
- Keep pricing, signage, and product labeling accurate and up to date
- Receive, tag, and stock incoming product, and help with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Monitor sell-through and slow-moving inventory, and recommend markdowns or display changes to move aging stock
- Coordinate with sales managers to bundle accessories with unit sales
- Support in-store events, open houses, and vendor demo days
- Keep the department clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times
