About The Position

At MCA, we take pride in being a leading Canadian Merchandising Company, providing top-notch services to Retailers and Consumer Packaged Goods companies across Canada. Our diverse range of services includes Merchandising, Sales, Price Collection, Retail Audits, Retail Store Renovations, and so much more. This is a Part-Time, Hourly position with approximately 10-15 hours per week. The wage is $20 per hour. The schedule includes early morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts, Monday through Sunday. Steel Toed shoes/boots are required.

Requirements

• Is reliable and takes pride in their work
• Is familiar with merchandising in a grocery, drug store or big box setting.
• Possesses strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps
• Shows enthusiasm and maintains a consistently professional attitude and appearance.
• A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle is essential.
• Applicants must reside in the specified location and be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
• To keep all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.
• Forming and maintain strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company and building trust to foster long-term partnerships.
