Retail Merchandising Associate - FULL TIME
About The Position
Randa Apparel & Accessories is a leading fashion clothing and accessories company with a global presence and a portfolio of 30 brands. The Full-Time Merchandising Associate (RMA) is responsible for executing the Randa and Haggar brand merchandising strategy in retail environments. The role aims to enhance brand presentation, profile, and prominence on the sales floor to drive sales, while also fostering relationships with store personnel at various levels. This position requires implementing visual merchandising guidelines, managing merchandise and point-of-sale placement, conducting store visits, and maintaining communication with internal teams through field reports.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- At least 3-5 years or more relevant work experience as Retail Sales Associate, Visual Merchandiser, Retail Buyer or Retail Merchandising College Credits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Vision to be able to distinguish colors.
- Sense of touch.
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

- Associates Degree Preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implement and execute seasonal account zone-a-grams and visual merchandising guidelines at retail.
- Partner with store personnel to place new/replenishment merchandise and POS in a timely manner to maximize product sell-thru and Randa and Haggar brand presentations.
- Execute store visits based on business needs and react to the ever-changing retail environment.
- Partner with all levels of store, district, and regional management to ensure brand awareness and support.
- Maintain communication with internal partners by providing weekly field reports and photos recapping store visits and product/stock issues.
