About The Position
SRS is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented merchandiser to maintain a small branded cooler/freezer unit at a local grocery store. This flexible opportunity is perfect for someone who lives nearby or already has business in the area. The role involves visiting the store weekly to check inventory, restock as needed, and perform full product changeouts bi-weekly, including defrosting the unit. You will also verify thermostat settings and report service via smartphone the same day, including photos. This is an as-needed gig scheduling role with varying hours and project frequency based on client, market, and season. It is a 1099 independent contractor role, not W-2 employment. No mileage or drive time reimbursement is offered, making it best suited for local individuals or those with other business in the area.

Responsibilities
- Visit the store 1 time per week (based on client requirements)
- Perform bi-weekly full product changeouts, including defrosting the unit, restocking, and updating signage
- On other visits, check inventory levels and restock as needed (20 min. average)
- Verify thermostat settings are accurate per instructions
- Report service via smartphone/device the same day, including required photos
