About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Retail Merchandising Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, accurately processes transactions, promotes credit and loyalty programs, and maintains merchandising standards. The associate will also process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, participate in store recovery, and maintain organizational and cleanliness standards. Recognition and constructive feedback are part of the role, as is adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures. The associate will support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety awareness and maintenance of a safe environment. Other duties may be assigned.
