About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. The role involves working independently in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering quality work, and completing projects to client specifications and deadlines. Opportunities are project-based and available in markets across the United States, with assignments matched to the locations candidates identify during the application process.

Requirements

Experience reading and executing planograms.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move or assemble fixtures.
Reliable transportation.
Smartphone with internet access.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Dependable and professional, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience is preferred.
Experience with Premium Retail Services, Acosta, Crossmark, SPAR, SAS Retail Services, Winston Retail, Apollo Retail Specialists, Driveline, BDS Connected Solutions, RMSI, ActionLink, MarketSource, Survey Merchandiser, Retail Odyssey, Advantage Solutions, or other retail merchandising and reset companies.

Responsibilities

Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects.
Read and implement planograms.
Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise.
Set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards.
Capture project photos and complete reporting using the company's mobile app.
Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
Represent Strategic Retail Solutions professionally in retail locations.
