We represent top brands in many categories such as confection, snack, grocery, beverage, frozen, dairy etc. The Retail Merchandiser will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with provided technology. This position will require light merchandising and the ability to bend and lift 25 pounds.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Reliable transportation
Valid Driver License
Proof of Automobile insurance
Reliable phone service and internet service for daily communication.
Required to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail task & audits at local grocery retailer.
Must be able to perform physical activities, i.e., frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, etc.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to bend and lift 25 pounds.
Work independently, follow direction, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks.
Take pictures and complete reporting requirements with provided technology.
Light merchandising.
Selling, merchandising, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts.
Utilize technology to complete work efficiently.
Ordering product, working product to shelves from new orders.
Conduct audits and very light merchandising in area grocery stores.
Drive to various retail locations.
Verify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves.
Report findings and data to management thru downloaded app.
Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores.
Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines.
Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team.
