About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. The role suits people who work independently, take pride in quality work, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Merchandisers execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and other projects; read and implement planograms; build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise; and set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards. They capture project photos and complete reporting using a mobile app, meet project deadlines, and represent SRS professionally in retail locations. Scheduling is flexible and based on project availability, with project-based assignments offered in markets across the United States.

Requirements

• Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience is preferred.
• Experience reading and executing planograms.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and moving or assembling fixtures.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Dependable and professional, with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Experience with Premium Retail Services, Acosta, Crossmark, SPAR, SAS Retail Services, Winston Retail, Apollo Retail Specialists, Driveline, BDS Connected Solutions, RMSI, ActionLink, MarketSource, Survey Merchandiser, Retail Odyssey, Advantage Solutions, or other retail merchandising and reset companies.
