About The Position

Kalan, a third-generation consumer products company with over 50 years of experience, is seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join their team. This role involves maintaining product displays in retail locations. The position offers flexible hours, the freedom of a self-managed role as an independent contractor, and the opportunity for supplemental income. You will be responsible for merchandising and displaying products according to a planogram, removing outdated items, documenting completed work through photos, and submitting invoices for payment.

Requirements

Reliable, professional, and punctual individuals who can work independently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet with internet access for reporting.
Ability to follow written instructions and communicate via email or phone.
Ability to regularly lift 40 pounds, reach, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk.
Must be able to stand for several hours at a time.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Merchandising or retail experience is a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

Merchandise and display products in assigned stores within 5 days of shipment arrival.
Use a planogram to organize and refresh product displays.
Remove damaged or discontinued items.
Take date-stamped photos of completed work and upload them via the reporting system.
Submit an invoice via email for payment after each completed visit.
