Hourly Rate: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Hours: Up-to approximately 20 hours per week
Start Date: May 2026
Schedule: Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm + potential for extended hours, travel, and overnight stays

Requirements

• Is reliable, takes pride in their work, and shows strong attention to detail
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Is familiar with merchandising in a grocery, gas and convenience, or big box setting.
• Can read and execute planograms
• Is flexible with hours, including occasional extended shifts and last-minute scheduling as needed based on project demands
• Works well independently as well as within a team, and is comfortable taking a lead role
• Possesses strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps
• Has a self-starter mindset, thriving under the pressure and ambiguity of the dynamic Merchandiser role.
• A valid driver's license, access to an insured vehicle and the ability to travel up-to 5 hours is essential.
• Applicants must reside in the specified location and be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Setting up attractive product displays and arrange products following detailed planograms, ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized.
• Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays and fixtures while strictly adhering to the client’s quality and branding standards.
• Ensuring that the clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
• Installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required by the Company’s clients.
• To keep all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.
• Forming and maintain strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company and building trust to foster long-term partnerships.
