About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. The role involves independently completing project work in retail locations, maintaining high merchandising standards, meeting deadlines, and representing SRS professionally. Assignments are project-based and available in markets across the United States, with scheduling based on project availability.

Requirements

Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience is preferred.
Experience reading and executing planograms.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move or assemble fixtures.
Reliable transportation.
Smartphone with internet access.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Dependable, professional, and able to meet deadlines.

Experience with Premium Retail Services, Acosta, Crossmark, SPAR, SAS Retail Services, Winston Retail, Apollo Retail Specialists, Driveline, BDS Connected Solutions, RMSI, ActionLink, MarketSource, Survey Merchandiser, Retail Odyssey, Advantage Solutions, or other retail merchandising and reset companies.

Responsibilities

Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects.
Read and implement planograms.
Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise.
Set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards.
Capture project photos and complete reporting using a mobile app.
Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
Represent Strategic Retail Solutions professionally in retail locations.
