About The Position

CART Solutions is seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Grocery Merchandisers to make a lasting impact on the shopping experience for countless customers. This position offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to showcase problem-solving skills. The work schedule is typically Monday through Thursday, with a firm start time of 5 AM and variable end times, resulting in 6-8 hour shifts. Locations will vary daily, requiring the ability to travel up to 40 miles around the Hoover area, including Bessemer and Helena, and surrounding Birmingham areas.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the US.
Ability to take and submit photos with internet access.
Must possess a small hand-held tool set (screwdriver, tape measure, box cutter).
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, for 6-10 hours.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Reliable transportation covering a 30-mile radius or more.
Must work all grocery departments.
Proficiency in using Planograms (POG) is essential.
Must be able to work up to 40 miles around the Hoover area.

Responsibilities

Complete remodels and resets using Planograms (POG).
Travel to various grocery store locations within a 40-mile radius of Hoover, AL.
Perform merchandising tasks requiring standing, bending, and kneeling for 6-10 hours.
Lift up to 30 lbs.
Take and submit photos with internet access as part of job duties.
Utilize a small hand-held tool set (screwdriver, tape measure, box cutter).
