About The Position

CART Solutions is seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join our team as a Part-Time/GIG Grocery Merchandisers. This role involves working in grocery stores for resets and remodels, which includes stocking, tagging, and resetting products according to planograms. The position offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to showcase problem-solving skills. The role is based out of Henrico and covers a 30-mile radius including Richmond, Chesterfield, Mechanicsville, and Glenn Allen. The shift starts at 5:00 AM and typically involves 6-8 hour shifts, 3-4 days per week, Monday through Thursday. Mileage and drive time reimbursement may be available, and employees can access earnings as soon as the next day. Sick time and holiday pay are also potential perks.

Requirements

6 months merchandising/ retail stocking needed
Ability to stand for a minimum of 8-10 hours per shift
Proficiency in reading and implementing planograms
Willingness to travel to various project locations
Basic proficiency with tools required for the job
Ability to take and upload photos daily
Team-oriented mindset
Reliable transportation
Personal cell phone and valid email address
Professional appearance and demeanor
