About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. The role involves working independently in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering quality work and meeting project deadlines. Work is project-based, with flexible scheduling according to project availability and assignments across the United States. Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Dependable and professional, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Reliable transportation.
A smartphone with internet access.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move or assemble fixtures.

Nice To Haves

Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience.
Experience reading and executing planograms.
Experience with retail merchandising or reset companies such as Premium Retail Services, Acosta, Crossmark, SPAR, SAS Retail Services, Winston Retail, Apollo Retail Specialists, Driveline, BDS Connected Solutions, RMSI, ActionLink, MarketSource, Survey Merchandiser, Retail Odyssey, or Advantage Solutions.

Responsibilities

Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects.
Read and implement planograms.
Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise.
Set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards.
Capture project photos and complete reporting using the company’s mobile app.
Work independently and meet project deadlines.
Represent Strategic Retail Solutions professionally in retail locations.
