About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. The role involves working independently in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering quality work, and meeting project deadlines. Assignments are available in markets across the United States; applicants can indicate the cities, counties, or regions where they want to work during the application process.

This is flexible, project-based work with scheduling dependent on project availability. SRS offers ongoing merchandising and reset opportunities, competitive project-based pay, weekly pay, and opportunities to work with nationally recognized retailers and consumer brands.

Requirements

• Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience is preferred.
• Experience reading and executing planograms.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and moving or assembling fixtures.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Dependable and professional, with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Experience working for retail merchandising or reset companies such as Premium Retail Services, Acosta, Crossmark, SPAR, SAS Retail Services, Winston Retail, Apollo Retail Specialists, Driveline, BDS Connected Solutions, RMSI, ActionLink, MarketSource, Survey Merchandiser, Retail Odyssey, Advantage Solutions, or similar companies.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects.
• Read and implement planograms.
• Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise.
• Set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards.
• Capture project photos and complete reporting using the company’s mobile app.
• Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
• Represent Strategic Retail Solutions professionally in retail locations.
