About The Position
CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our growing team. We’ll get you up to speed quickly with our online paid training and learning materials. Representatives work both independently and as part of a great team. Start your next chapter with CROSSMARK! The Retail Merchandising Representative plays a vital role in promoting nationally distributed, highly recognized products for our great group of long-standing clients. Enjoy working with well-known, nationally recognized products within your favorite retail stores while building and maintaining professional working relationships with store management and associates.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be comfortable using a smart device.
- Ability to work independently wth integrity and professionalism.
- Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
- Must be willing to transport required materials.
Nice To Haves
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gain shelf placement by selling new items.
- Build and stock product displays.
- Stock shelves with products.
- Build rapport with store management and staff.
- Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
- Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
