About The Position

At Merchandising Consultants Associates (MCA), we are a leading Canadian Merchandising Company dedicated to providing top-tier services to Retailers and Consumer Packaged Goods companies throughout Canada. Our comprehensive service offerings encompass Merchandising, Sales, Price Collection, Retail Audits, Retail Store Renovations, and more. This part-time, hourly position is based in Fort St. John and offers a flexible schedule, typically Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Requirements

• Reside in the specified location (Fort St. John).
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Familiarity with merchandising in a grocery, drug store, or big box setting.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Access to an insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Setting up attractive product displays and arranging products according to detailed planograms to optimize product visibility and brand representation.
• Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays in strict adherence to the client's quality and branding standards.
• Ensuring clients' products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase.
• Installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required by clients.
• Keeping all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.
• Forming and maintaining strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company and building trust to foster long-term partnerships.
• Utilizing advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect valuable retail data.
