About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Part Time Retail Merchandise Associate. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, and accurately processes customer transactions. The associate will promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain merchandising standards, and process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor. They will also participate in store recovery, maintain organizational and cleanliness standards, and provide and accept feedback. Adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures, and support of store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness are also key responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor
Participating in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback
Adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs
Participating in safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment
