About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Retail Merchandise Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store. The position involves supporting a positive store culture, accurately processing customer transactions, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining merchandising standards. The role also includes preparing merchandise for the sales floor, participating in store recovery and maintenance, and supporting shrink reduction and safety awareness goals. Other duties may be assigned.
