About The Position

TJ Maxx is hiring a Retail Merchandise Associate. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store. The role models customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, and accurately handles customer transactions. The associate will also promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain merchandising standards, and process merchandise for the sales floor. Additionally, they will participate in store recovery, maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store, and provide/accept feedback. The role adheres to labor laws and policies, supports shrink reduction goals, and maintains a safe environment. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements
