About The Position

The Retail Media & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for leading the development and growth of Toters Fresh's Retail Media business. The role will focus on building strategic partnerships with key suppliers, distributors, and brands, driving advertising revenue, maximizing supplier investment on the platform, and creating value through data-driven commercial and marketing solutions. The position will serve as the primary link between the Commercial and Marketing teams, ensuring strong alignment between supplier objectives, category priorities, and marketing execution. Working closely with Marketing, the Retail Media & Partnerships Manager will oversee the planning, commercialization, and execution of all supplier-funded campaigns, visibility initiatives, and retail media products across the Toters Fresh ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Toters Fresh, this position will play a critical role in monetizing the platform's growing customer base and traffic, strengthening relationships with strategic partners, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the business.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Retail Media, Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, Category Management, FMCG, E-commerce, Advertising Sales, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, retail media, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into commercial opportunities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Highly entrepreneurial, results-driven, and capable of building new business streams from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage senior-level relationships with key FMCG, beauty, household, pharmacy, and consumer goods suppliers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners and advertising agencies.
  • Build long-term joint business plans with major brands and distributors.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that support both supplier growth and Toters Fresh commercial objectives.
  • Lead annual business reviews and partnership negotiations with key accounts.
  • Own and deliver the Retail Media revenue targets for Toters Fresh.
  • Develop and commercialize advertising solutions across the platform, including banners, highlights, sponsored listings, checkout placements, kiosks, seasonal activations, and future media products.
  • Secure annual media commitments and marketing investments from suppliers and brand partners.
  • Design and negotiate tailored advertising packages that maximize value for both suppliers and Toters Fresh.
  • Continuously identify new monetization opportunities across the customer journey.
  • Serve as the key point of coordination between the Toters Fresh Commercial team and the central Marketing team.
  • Ensure alignment between category priorities, supplier objectives, and marketing plans.
  • Translate commercial opportunities into actionable marketing initiatives and visibility plans.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of supplier-funded campaigns, product launches, seasonal activations, and promotional events.
  • Ensure all visibility commitments and marketing deliverables are executed according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Drive collaboration across Commercial, Marketing, CRM, Product, and Operations teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and business impact.
  • Leverage customer, category, and transactional data to provide actionable recommendations to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop category growth strategies in collaboration with Commercial and Category Management teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve assortment performance, visibility, promotional effectiveness, and customer penetration.
  • Support suppliers in increasing market share and sales performance on the platform.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of supplier-funded marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing, Commercial, Product, CRM, and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Oversee major seasonal activations, product launches, brand takeovers, and promotional events.
  • Ensure all supplier commitments and visibility agreements are executed according to plan.
  • Establish clear reporting frameworks for all Retail Media activities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, supplier ROI, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
  • Deliver regular performance reviews and strategic recommendations to both management and brand partners.
  • Drive continuous optimization of media products based on performance data and customer behavior insights.
