This is a position for a strategic, collaborative, and personable Retail Media Manager who is passionate about developing and executing effective advertising strategies for our clients. As part of our team, you will work with a group of dynamic learners and problem-solvers to create and implement multi-platform advertising campaigns that drive measurable results across Amazon, Walmart, and emerging retail media networks. We need someone who is not only a strategic thinker but also an excellent storyteller who can craft compelling performance narratives that resonate with marketing directors and brand leaders. You will be responsible for managing larger or more complex client accounts, leading strategic planning sessions, and coaching internal and external stakeholders/support roles on your accounts. The best managers see around corners - they anticipate client needs, spot opportunities before they're obvious, and build the kind of trust that turns a vendor relationship into a true partnership.
