The Media Manager will partner with agency and internal cross-functional teams to develop and execute impactful paid media strategies that drive brand visibility, performance, and a seamless consumer journey across e.l.f. Beauty and retail channels. This role owns day-to-day paid media execution and optimization while ensuring media investments drive measurable ROI and support key business objectives. Working closely with Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Commerce, International, and Finance partners, the Media Manager helps bring campaigns to life across digital and retail ecosystems while continuously identifying opportunities to elevate performance and scale impact.
