What you will be doing The Account Manager Lead is responsible for delivering best-in-class client experiences when working with The Collective. The Account Manager Sr. Lead will strive to deliver fantastic customer service to drive client satisfaction and renewals. Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for Collective clients, the Account Manager Sr. Lead will work to deliver strategic, data-driven upsell opportunities to clients while also ensuring seamless execution of programming, ensure on time launches and exceptional execution of Annual Plans.
