About The Position

The Digital Activations Associate role sits within THG Beauty’s Retail Media team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with brand marketing leads, buying, trading, and core performance marketing channels to execute high-impact influencer and digital media campaigns on behalf of leading beauty and skincare brands. This position offers valuable exposure to influencer marketing, retail media, eCommerce strategy, and integrated brand planning within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. As part of the Retail Media team, you’ll serve as both a THG Beauty ambassador and a media expert, helping brands drive measurable performance while building innovative, consumer-first campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years of marketing experience
• Agency experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns across key paid media channels, with a strong performance-driven and digitally savvy mindset
• Strong proficiency in Excel, reporting, and campaign performance analysis, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and ROI-driven recommendations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative execution abilities
• Passion for beauty, skincare, influencer marketing, and innovative digital strategies

• Experience with LiveRamp and clean room environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of retail media and influencer marketing campaigns across paid digital channels
• Partner closely with brand marketing, buying, trading, and performance marketing teams to bring integrated campaigns to life
• Assist in managing campaign timelines, deliverables, creative approvals, and launch coordination to ensure seamless execution
• Help drive brand visibility, engagement, and revenue growth through performance-focused digital activation strategies
• Coordinate influencer campaign execution, including creator communication, content tracking, approvals, and reporting
• Support paid media activations across key channels with a strong focus on performance, optimization, and audience targeting
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and retail media priorities
• Stay informed on emerging digital, social, beauty, and influencer marketing trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting across key KPIs including engagement, traffic, conversions, ROI, and revenue impact
• Use Excel and reporting tools to analyze campaign data and translate findings into actionable insights and optimization recommendations
• Support testing initiatives across creative, messaging, targeting, and channel strategies to improve campaign performance
• Assist with campaign recaps and client-facing insights that clearly communicate performance outcomes and strategic learnings
• Work cross-functionally with Retail Media, Brand Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, and Performance Marketing teams to support broader business goals
• Maintain strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Support operational workflows and campaign processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality execution
• Contribute positively to a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture while acting as a strong ambassador for THG Beauty and Dermstore
