The Retail Marketing Associate Manager leads multi-state retail marketing campaigns to ensure our retail marketing strategy is translated into high-impact, on-time, on-budget in-store execution. This role owns Out-of-Home (OOH) planning and execution and manages traditional media channels (OOH, Digital OOH, Direct Mail, Print) for priority P1/P2 campaigns. They oversee media vendor relationships, build promotional rollout plans, manage timelines, and ensure all priority campaigns are delivered accurately, compliantly, and on schedule. This role works cross-functionally to align campaign planning and execution with Buying & Planning (B&P), Business Development (BD), and internal Marketing partners including Digital, CRM and Creative pods. The Retail Marketing Associate Manager partners closely with the Retail Marketing Director to deliver business objectives and provide monthly reporting tied to broader marketing KPIs.
