About The Position
Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is looking for dependable, outgoing individuals to join our team as a Retail Marketing Assistant / Brand Ambassador. This is an entry-level role with no prior marketing experience required. The company provides paid, hands-on training. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy talking to people, working in a fast-paced environment, and want a job where their effort directly impacts their pay.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license (travel between locations on occasion)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Weekend availability required

- Brand ambassador or promotional experience
- Interest in marketing, business, or HVAC industry
Responsibilities
- Represent our company inside Home Depot and local retail locations
- Engage with customers and start friendly conversations
- Promote HVAC services, seasonal specials, and maintenance offers
- Generate qualified leads for our sales team
- Assist with in-store displays, signage, and marketing materials
- Ensure promotional materials are accurate and visible
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
- Build relationships with store associates and team members
