As an HR Business Partner within PNC's HR Business Partner organization, you will be based in San Diego, California. Additional locations in California may be considered. The current opening will support the California/Arizona Retail Branch Market. Travel is required and may be up to 35% of the time. In market travel is required as you will typically be in the field at least two to three times per week. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Consults on the design, implementation, and integration of organization-wide staffing, employee development, organizational design, and performance and change management programs and initiatives.
  • Assisting managers and employees with all human resources and employee relations issues.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of all HR policies, practices and processes to determine efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recommending areas of improvement to achieve and deliver higher quality services.
  • Partnering with business area managers in the development of solutions for employee related issues that affect business results.
  • Monitoring various HR trends within area of responsibility by preparing and analyzing reports from employee data.
  • Presenting analysis and recommendations to managers and working to develop action plans for addressing identified HR issues.
